X-Ray Technologist – Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week temporary contract in the operating room. You'll provide intraoperative imaging support to surgical teams, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining strict safety and sterile protocols.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Hours: 5 × 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
- ARRT certification (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 18 months of OR experience within the last 3 years
- GE equipment experience preferred
- Large hospital environment experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Operate X-ray equipment to capture intraoperative images
- Support surgical procedures with real-time imaging guidance
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and radiation safety protocols
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff
- Follow strict sterile technique in the OR environment

- Dress Code: Gray scrubs
- Parking: $50/month
- Credentialing required; virtual interview needed upon submission
- Candidates within 50 miles of the facility preferred
- No on-call obligations
