Medical-Surgical Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical Nurse for a night shift position in Hendersonville, TN.

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Start Date: November 30, 2026

Role Responsibilities

You'll deliver direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, managing a diverse patient population across multiple acuities. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, post-operative monitoring, and coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license (valid in Tennessee)
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality patient care
