Surgical Technologist / RN Circulator – Operating Room
Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 4 x 10 days, with 1–2 late shifts per week
Call: Rotating weekends
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 30, 2026
About the Role
Join a busy surgical services department running 4–5 operating rooms daily. You'll work in a focused surgical environment with a dedicated team: one boardrunner, one circulator, one scrub, and one first assistant per room. Additional support is provided for total joint procedures.
Primary Service Lines
Orthopedics and spine dominate the schedule, with exposure to general, vascular, urology, gynecology, neurosurgery, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, and robotic-assisted procedures.
Requirements
For Scrub Technicians:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
- BLS certification
- Ortho and spine experience preferred
For RN Circulators:
- Current Tennessee RN license
- BLS certification
- Ortho and spine experience preferred
Schedule & Floating
Full-time hours; you typically remain in your assigned OR. During low-volume periods, opportunities may arise in other surgical services within your scope of practice.
Scrubs are provided by the facility.
