Labor & Delivery | Registered Nurse | Warner Robins, GA

Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3×12s | 36 hrs/week | 13-Week Contract

This position supports a Labor & Delivery unit providing care to patients across the full spectrum of L&D acuity. The role involves hands-on patient care through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum, with a requirement to float to other departments and to a sister facility as staffing needs arise. Floating is department-based and monitored.

Required Experience & Licensure

• Minimum 18 months of L&D experience
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission

Required Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Fetal Monitoring certification
• ACLS preferred

Required Clinical Skills

• IV insertion
• Fetal monitoring proficiency

Schedule Details

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)
• Start date: December 7, 2026

Additional Expectations

• Willingness to float to other departments across multiple facilities within the health system as needed
• Float rotation is department-based and actively monitored

Candidates must have their Georgia or compact RN license secured prior to submission. Strong L&D clinical foundation and comfort with high-acuity obstetric patients is essential for success in this role.
