Cath Lab | Travel Contract | Greensboro, NC

Shift: Days, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday–Friday

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: November 16, 2026

This high-volume cardiac catheterization lab manages a wide range of invasive and interventional procedures across adult and geriatric populations. Clinicians will scrub and circulate in a fast-paced environment performing approximately 25–35 cases per day.

Clinical Scope includes:

• Left and right heart catheterization, diagnostic coronary angiography
• PCI, balloon angioplasty, coronary stenting, rotablator atherectomy
• Impella insertion, IABP placement/removal, ACIST, OCT, IVUS
• Swan-Ganz/PA line management, hemodynamic monitoring, conscious sedation
• EP lab: device implantation, ablation, EP studies
• Peripheral vascular lab: fistula creation, AV graft interventions, upper/lower extremity angiography, pedal access, thrombectomy
• Radial, ulnar, and femoral access sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• BLS and ACLS required
• RCIS or RCES strongly preferred; ARRT (CI, R, or VI) also accepted
• EMR experience required
• Active, unencumbered license in hand at time of submission
• No open background cases permitted
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Scheduling Details:

• Call: Approximately 1 week of call over the contract period, including 24-hour weekend on-call shifts in rotation
• Float: May be floated to other campus locations as needed
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• One pre-approved time-off request accepted at application; no post-submission RTO
