Night Shift Obstetric Nurse – High-Risk Delivery

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced obstetric nurse for its high-risk delivery unit. You'll provide specialized care for Level II and above deliveries during night hours on a dedicated team focused on maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Weekends and holidays as needed
• No floating
• 13-week contract with guaranteed hours

Requirements

• 1+ years of current experience in high-risk delivery attendance
• NRP Advanced certification
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to locate within 100 miles of the facility

Clinical Scope

You'll attend high-risk deliveries, provide immediate newborn assessment and resuscitation, and collaborate closely with obstetric and neonatal teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and infants.

This is a focused, specialized role ideal for nurses seeking stability in obstetrics with no mandatory float assignments.
