Emergency Department RN — Pediatric Focus | Atlanta, GA

Night Shift | 13-Week Contract

This pediatric emergency department role is an excellent fit for experienced ED nurses with a passion for caring for children across a wide range of acute conditions. The unit manages a high-acuity pediatric population with diagnoses including sickle cell pain and fever, asthma, behavioral health crises, DKA, acute gastroenteritis, and fever in pediatric patients. Nurses administer insulin and sedation drips, resuscitation medications, and the full formulary excluding chemotherapy.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 3 shifts/week (36 hours guaranteed)
• Every other weekend required
• Float to other campuses may be required

Requirements

• Active Georgia or compact RN license
• 2+ years of recent emergency department experience
• Pediatric ED experience highly preferred
• Strong IV skills required
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS required; TNCC a strong plus

• Nicotine-free facility; drug screening required
• Influenza vaccine mandatory — no exceptions or declinations accepted
