Inpatient Pharmacist | Zanesville, OH | 13-Week Contract

The facility is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment in Zanesville, Ohio.

Schedule

• 3 × 12-hour rotating shifts per week (40 hours guaranteed)
• Typical shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Must be available to cover evenings and weekends; weekend hours may vary based on staffing needs
• Estimated start date: November 23, 2026

Requirements

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing *(required at time of submission — candidates without an active Ohio license will not be considered)*
• Minimum one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin dosing and monitoring
• Experience with warfarin management

Clinical Scope

This role involves inpatient pharmacy operations with emphasis on clinical dosing services. You will manage pharmacokinetic consultations (vancomycin) and anticoagulation therapy (warfarin) as part of routine patient care responsibilities.

• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours over the 13-week contract period
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission
• One submission per traveler per specialty; duplicate submissions will not be accepted
