Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical / telemetry unit. You'll deliver coordinated care to patients or assigned groups, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Assess patient health status, analyze data, and develop individualized care plans
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure care continuity
- Delegate tasks appropriately and manage unit workflow
- Maintain a safe, healing environment for patients and families
What We're Looking For
- RN licensure in California (required)
- Current BLS certification from an approved vendor (required)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care nursing experience (required)
- Solid telemetry experience in mixed medical-surgical units (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (day shift)
- Schedule: 36–48 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 28, 2026
- Location: Lodi, CA
