Registered Nurse – ICU
Position Overview
The facility seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated care in the ICU. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, supervise assigned nursing staff, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (day shift)
- 36-hour/48-hour rotation
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure (state of assignment)
- BLS certification from approved vendor
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient status and collaborate on diagnosis and care planning
- Implement nursing interventions and monitor patient progress
- Delegate and coordinate activities of nursing team members
- Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning
- Work in a dynamic ICU environment managing complex patient needs
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in daily practice
