Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Nurse – Hybrid Cath Lab
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced CVOR nurse capable of both scrubbing and circulating. You'll deliver comprehensive care to cardiovascular patients throughout their surgical journey—pre-operative assessment, intraoperative management, and post-operative recovery. This role is based in the Hybrid Cath Lab, a rapidly evolving surgical environment equipped with advanced technology.
Shift & Schedule
- 4 x 10-hour days with rotating weekends
- Call coverage required
- 13-week contract
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license (or active Compact license valid in Colorado)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume intraoperative CVOR experience
- Ability to both scrub and circulate in the OR
- Current flu vaccine (no exemptions; required October 1–April 1 annually)
Additional Notes
- Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (Radius Rule)
- Colorado CAPS registration required (allow up to 2 weeks for processing)
- Submit copies of current RN license, AHA certifications, resume, and proof of flu vaccination
