Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Cardiac PCU Nurse to join the night shift team. You'll provide direct patient care in a progressive care setting, managing patients with cardiac conditions requiring intermediate-level monitoring and intervention.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract with guaranteed hours

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of strong cardiac PCU experience
• Current Georgia or compact nursing license
• NIHSS certification required

What You'll Do

Work alongside a dedicated cardiac team, providing skilled nursing care to patients in the progressive care setting. You'll monitor cardiac rhythms, manage patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes.
