This travel nursing position is based in a Behavioral Health Annex within an Emergency Department setting, providing acute psychiatric care to patients in crisis. This is a strong opportunity for experienced psych nurses comfortable working in a fast-paced, ED-adjacent environment.

Clinical Scope
You'll be caring for behavioral health patients presenting through the emergency setting, including individuals in acute psychiatric crisis. The role requires strong assessment skills, crisis intervention experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with ED and psychiatric staff to ensure safe, therapeutic patient care.
Ideal Candidate
- Active RN license (NH license or compact eligibility required)
- Prior psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience required
- ED behavioral health or inpatient psych background preferred
- Comfortable with night shift in a high-acuity, crisis-focused environment
- Strong de-escalation and therapeutic communication skills
