Medical-Surgical Nursing Position

Location: Morrisville, VT

Shift: 3 x 12-hour rotating nights and varied shifts

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical RN to deliver age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process within established departmental standards. You'll assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation to team members, while ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Current RN license (Vermont)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training — all must be active before your start date. If not current, you'll complete certification during Clinical Orientation.
• Callback response time within 30 minutes

What to Expect:

You'll work rotating night and varied shifts on a medical-surgical unit, providing direct care to patients across the acuity spectrum. This is a 13-week contract with guaranteed 36-hour weeks.
