Position Details

Join the orthopedic unit at the facility for a 13-week travel assignment.

Schedule & Shift

• 4 × 10-hour day shifts per week (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. (or similar days as unit needs)
• Start date: December 7, 2026

What You'll Do

You'll provide direct patient care on a busy orthopedic unit managing post-operative orthopedic and neurological patients. Strong orthopedic nursing experience is essential. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Post-op assessment and monitoring
• Pain and mobility management
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Patient and family education
• Collaboration with surgeons, physical therapy, and case management

What We're Looking For

• RN license (current in Georgia)
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic nursing
• Strong neurological assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical setting
