ICU Registered Nurse — Derry, NH

13-Week Contract | Days | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week

This open ICU in southern New Hampshire manages a mixed medical and surgical critical care population, with a strong emphasis on cardiovascular and neurological acuity. ICU RNs serve as responders for Code Blue and Rapid Response events.

Clinical Scope — Procedures & Patient Population:

• Ventilator management and therapeutic hypothermia
• PCI/STEMI response, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)
• Invasive hemodynamic monitoring
• TEE/cardioversion and temporary pacemaker placement
• Stroke/TPA administration and sepsis management
• DKA management

Shift & Schedule:

• Days: 07:00–19:00
• Every-other-weekend (EOW) required
• Self-scheduling encouraged; flexible scheduling available
• Float possible to critical care or intermediate care areas as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire RN license required at time of submission
• Medical/surgical ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• IABP experience and CCRN preferred
