Surgical Technologist

The facility is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join the OR team in a multi-specialty surgical environment. You will support orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and general surgical cases, requiring broad technical expertise and strong foundational knowledge.

Schedule & Call Expectations

• 36–40 hours per week; flexible shift configuration (three 12-hour, four 10-hour, or five 8-hour shifts)
• Start and end times negotiable; finalized during your initial phone interview
• Call rotation: approximately every fifth weekend (split between Call 1 and Call 2) plus 1–2 calls per week
• 30-minute response time required for all call-ins
• Possible holiday call rotation based on patient census and staffing
• Call volume may increase based on department needs
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• BLS certification required
• CST preferred but not required
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and general surgery
• Advanced knowledge of instrumentation, central processing, and sterilization
• Excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment

What We're Looking For

We prioritize candidates with current, broad surgical experience across multiple specialties. Minimal requested time off (RTO) will receive priority consideration.

This is a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment. You will work with an experienced OR team supporting complex procedures and diverse patient populations.
