Stepdown Nurse – 12-Hour Days
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every other weekend
- Contract: 42 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Location: Little Rock, AR
About the Role
You'll join the stepdown unit to provide direct patient care in an acute care setting. This role focuses on patients transitioning from critical care or those requiring close monitoring and skilled nursing intervention. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support patient recovery.
Requirements
- Current RN license
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- BSN not required
Cancellation Policy
- 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
- 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
