Stepdown Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Stepdown Nurse for a 42-week assignment on the night shift (7 PM – 7 AM), every other weekend rotation.

Clinical Details

You'll provide care for patients transitioning from critical care to lower acuity settings, supporting their continued recovery and monitoring. This acute care stepdown unit requires attentive assessment skills and strong communication with the interdisciplinary team.

Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: 12-hour nights, every other weekend (EOW)
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA)
• License: RN license required
• BSN: Not required

Cancellation Policy

• 4 shifts required per 13-week assignment
• 3 shifts required for assignments under 13 weeks

What You'll Need

Current RN licensure and willingness to work a consistent night schedule in a collaborative acute care environment. Charting experience in electronic health record systems is expected.

This is a straightforward clinical role for an experienced nurse ready to make an impact on the night shift.
