Position Overview

Provide direct patient care in evaluation and treatment across outpatient and inpatient settings. This role offers a primary focus on outpatient physical therapy with opportunities to expand your clinical scope.

Clinical Scope

• Outpatient: Work across multiple locations, including satellite sites in the Hardwick area
• Inpatient: Treat patients in the ER, acute care, and post-PACU transitions
• Weekend and holiday inpatient rotation available

Schedule & Contract

• Shift: Rotating 3×12-hour shifts
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 30, 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification
• Ability to work varied rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Responsive callback within 30 minutes
