Labor & Delivery – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility's Labor & Delivery unit is a trusted leader in maternity care, supporting approximately 2,600 births annually. The program is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care and maintains a lower-than-average cesarean section rate.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)
- Every other weekend
- 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
- 13-week contract
- No float requirement
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts nursing license
- Minimum 2+ years of maternity care experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Certification
- Electronic health record (EHR) experience required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Must be separated from previous assignment for 6+ months
What You'll Do
Support laboring patients through delivery and immediate postpartum care in a unit focused on physiologic birth practices and evidence-based protocols. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
