ICU Nursing – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

Join the ICU team for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, supporting high-acuity patients and collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Manager will consider flexible shift lengths (8s or 10s)
• Open to floating as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency required
• Successful completion of orientation assessment (pass/fail, one attempt)
• Onboarding includes Relias testing preparation (two attempts permitted before onsite evaluation)
• Not eligible if employed permanently at this facility within the last 6 months

What to Expect

You'll work in a dynamic critical care setting caring for acutely ill patients. Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication with the care team are essential. Orientation includes structured training and competency validation.
