ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Beverly, MA

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)

This ICU travel position is ideal for experienced critical care nurses comfortable managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced inpatient environment. The role requires a strong clinical foundation and the flexibility to float to medical-surgical units as patient census demands.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Candidates who have worked in a permanent capacity at this health system within the last 6 months are not eligible

Float Expectations:

• Must be open to floating to medical-surgical units within the facility
• Must be willing to float to an additional affiliated campus as needed

Onboarding & Testing:

• A pass/fail skills assessment is administered on Day 1 of orientation — one attempt only
• Two attempts are permitted to complete the required online competency testing during onboarding in preparation for the on-site assessment

Schedule: Night shift only; 12-hour shifts consistent with a 72-hour biweekly guarantee.
