ICU Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. You'll deliver high-quality care to acute and critical patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment.
Shift Details
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights)
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 30, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Competency in electronic health records systems
- Must successfully complete a competency assessment on day one (one attempt)
- Must pass Relias testing during onboarding (up to 2 attempts)
- Candidates who held a permanent position within the last 6 months are not eligible
Responsibilities
You'll provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with the interprofessional team. You may be required to float to medical/surgical units as census and patient needs dictate.
