Oncology Treatment Nurse | Boston, MA | 13-Week Contract

This position supports a hematology/oncology outpatient clinic specializing in solid tumor treatment. The unit operates a multi-bay treatment and exam room environment with a focus on chemotherapy and biotherapy administration.

Shift & Schedule

• 8-hour days, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Clinical Scope

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to solid tumor patients
• Manage implanted/ambulatory access devices (inabsett management)
• Provide treatment nursing care across outpatient oncology bays and exam rooms

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Oncology nursing experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Chemo/biotherapy certification highly preferred
• Proficiency with oncology infusion workflows and outpatient treatment protocols

• No float requirement
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Candidates previously employed at this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months and in good standing (permanent, per diem, or contract) to be eligible
