ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Milton, MA

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Start Date: November 24, 2026

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)

This ICU position supports a high-acuity critical care unit managing complex patients requiring ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care. Clinicians will be expected to float as needed to PACU, step-down, and the ED for holding patient care.

Schedule Requirements:

• Every other weekend required
• No more than one holiday off request will be accepted

Clinical Requirements:

• 2–3 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation drip titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition, and post-STEMI care
• Pass/fail ECG/telemetry and medications competency tests at day-one orientation

Licenses & Certifications:

• Massachusetts RN license (may apply at time of offer; temporary and permanent accepted)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• CCRN preferred
