Adult Echo Technologist

Position Overview

The facility's cardiology department is seeking an experienced Adult Echo Technologist for a 26-week contract. You'll work day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), 8–10 hours per shift, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly.

Clinical Scope

You'll perform a range of diagnostic cardiac imaging procedures, including:

• 2D and 3D echocardiograms
• Strain echocardiograms
• Stress echocardiograms (treadmill)

You may be scheduled at both the hospital echo lab and affiliated office locations, offering variety in your work environment.

Requirements

• BLS Certification (current)
• CCI or ARDMS Certification (required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging setting
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility

What to Expect

You'll work in a collaborative cardiology department using modern diagnostic equipment. Green scrubs are provided (three sets). This is a straightforward, clinically focused role — ideal for an echo tech who values efficiency and quality patient care.
