Registered Dietician – Outpatient Hematology Oncology
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Dietician to join the outpatient hematology oncology team. You will provide specialized nutrition support to pediatric patients undergoing cancer treatment, working in a focused outpatient environment.
Schedule & Duration
- 8-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday–Friday (no weekends)
- 13-week contract
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Key Responsibilities
You will deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy, including:
- Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) management
- Enteral Nutrition (EN) support
- Individualized nutrition counseling and monitoring for pediatric oncology patients
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Dietician in the state of Georgia
- CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration) licensure
- Pediatric clinical experience required
- Expertise in TPN, EN, and Medical Nutrition Therapy
