Certified Surgical Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to provide skilled support in the operating room. You'll work as a key member of the surgical team, managing instruments, supplies, and equipment while maintaining a sterile field and ensuring optimal patient safety and surgical efficiency.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Clinical Scope
You'll support a variety of surgical specialties including:
- Orthopedic procedures
- Neurosurgery
- Robotic-assisted surgeries across multiple specialties
- ENT procedures
Required Qualifications
- Current NBSTSA certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
- Valid state license
- Strong experience in orthopedics, extensive neurosurgery background, robotics proficiency, and ENT procedures
- Ability to work independently with critical thinking and decisive judgment
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure surgical environment
- Commitment to Standard Precautions and proper use of personal protective equipment
