OR Circulator Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an OR Circulator Nurse for a 13-week contract in Tulsa, OK. You'll work day shifts (6:30 AM–5:00 PM), Monday–Thursday, with on-call and holiday responsibilities as needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the surgical team
- Coordinate care across all disciplines to ensure seamless patient management
- Execute physician and nursing orders in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Assess discharge planning needs and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment with minimal supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to Standard Precautions and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (verification required at submission)
- Completion of pharmacology and specialty exams during onboarding
- Demonstrated core competencies in perioperative nursing
- Professional references and education verification
- Current immunizations and health clearances (MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB screening, Influenza)
- ACLS certification (EPLS required)
Contract Details
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Call and holiday coverage required
- Start date: October 26, 2026
