Night Shift CCU/ICU Nurse
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced CCU/ICU nurse for its critical care unit. You'll provide direct patient care to trauma, surgical, obstetric, neurological, and medically unstable patients requiring intensive monitoring and frequent interventions.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7 PM – 7 AM
- Schedule: 4 × 12-hour nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CCU or ICU experience
- Current Massachusetts nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Unit Focus
You'll care for acutely ill patients across multiple specialties, including post-trauma and post-surgical cases, obstetric complications, neurological conditions, and cardiac patients. Patients typically require assessment and intervention at one-hour intervals or more frequently. This is a high-acuity environment where critical thinking and strong clinical skills are essential.
