Medical Laboratory Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist for a 13-week contract in a busy clinical laboratory. You'll work nights supporting high-volume testing across multiple disciplines.
Shift & Schedule
- 4 × 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total)
- Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Start Date: ASAP
Your Role
You'll perform and troubleshoot laboratory tests in:
- Chemistry
- Hematology
- Urinalysis
- Coagulation studies
- Blood Bank (experience preferred)
Required Qualifications
- ASCP or AMT certification
- Demonstrated experience in Chemistry, Hematology, UA, and Coagulation
- Ability to work independently on the night shift
What to Expect
- Fast-paced laboratory environment
- Proficiency with standard automated analyzers required
- Electronic health record system experience helpful
- Professional dress code
Location Note
This is a travel assignment. Relocation required (no local candidates within 50 miles).
