Telemetry Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Telemetry Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a dedicated telemetry unit, providing direct patient care and cardiac monitoring in a fast-paced, progressive care environment.
About the Role
- Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions and arrhythmias
- Provide hands-on nursing care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care accurately and communicate patient status clearly
- Respond to alarms and changes in patient condition with clinical judgment
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (NC)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Telemetry or cardiac care experience a plus
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Logistics
- Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Hours: 36 per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
