Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a night shift role. You'll provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit, monitoring patients with cardiac conditions and managing a range of medical and surgical diagnoses.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 13-week contract
• Start date: November 20, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications (in hand at submission)
• Permanent Ohio license or current compact state license
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in your specialty (from the past 12 months; no co-worker references)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions available)

What to Expect

• Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate assessment (you'll have up to 2 attempts to pass)
• Annual competency and continuing education requirements
• Background check and fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing
• Nicotine-free workplace requirement (RNs exempt)
