Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for its stepdown unit. You'll provide care to patients transitioning from higher acuity settings, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and safe discharge.
Shift & Schedule
- 3x12-hour rotating shifts: Days (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Shifts may rotate to meet operational needs; the facility will work to honor your preference when possible
- You must work at least every other holiday
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Start date: November 20, 2026
Potential Float Assignments
You may float to other inpatient units to care for the same patient population as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in this specialty
- Current, active Ohio or compact state RN license (must be in hand at submission)
- Active BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
