Obstetric Nurse – Labor & Delivery, Postpartum & Recovery
About the Role
Join the obstetric nursing team at the facility, where you'll provide compassionate care across labor & delivery, postpartum, and recovery units. You'll support patients through all stages of childbirth and the immediate postpartum period in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility & Float Duties
When census allows, you'll float to the medical-surgical floor to support other patient care needs. Adaptability and strong clinical fundamentals across multiple settings are essential.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: Every third weekend
- Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 16, 2026
Requirements
- Current RN license (active in the state of practice)
- OB nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to float between units as needed
