Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Bettendorf, IA

This 13-week contract places you on an active Med-Surg Telemetry unit managing cardiac patients requiring close monitoring and IV drip titration. The unit runs a variety of cardiac drips including heparin, cardizem, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, and non-DKA insulin protocols.

Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12s
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Every other weekend required
• 1–2 winter holidays required (unless unit is closed)
• No on-call

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: November 16, 2026
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (taxable home address verified)

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS certification
• Cardiac experience
• Prior travel contract experience preferred; new grads considered

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS (AHA)
• At least one completed travel contract
