Medical-Surgical Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical nurse for night shift assignment. You'll provide direct patient care on a busy med-surg unit, working alongside a collaborative team committed to quality outcomes.

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekly: 36 or 48 hours (your choice)
• Contract: 10 weeks
• Location: Templeton, CA

Clinical Scope

You'll care for post-operative and acute medical patients, perform routine assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. Experience on a med-surg floor is preferred; you'll use the electronic health record system as part of daily charting and care coordination.

Requirements

• At least 2 years recent nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current RN license (state of assignment)
• Electronic health record proficiency required
