ICU & Telemetry Nurse – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Location: Mount Vernon, NY

Contract: 13 weeks | Start date: November 11, 2026

About the Role

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, rotating day/night
• 3 shifts per week (36 guaranteed hours)
• Alternate weekends required
• Floating to other units as needed
• Some holiday availability required
• No on-call duties

Requirements

• Current New York State nursing license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Stroke certification (8 CE hours)
• Experienced ICU/telemetry background required
• BSN not required

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute setting. You'll manage post-acute and telemetry patients, perform assessments, administer medications, respond to monitor alarms, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Important: 14 days' written notice required for schedule changes. No call-off policy in place.
