Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse – 13-Week Contract
About the Role
The facility is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join a high-performing interventional cardiology team. You'll support both diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced acute care setting, working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (5×8-hour shifts)
- On-Call: 7 overnight call shifts per 14-day period
- Team Structure: Call teams typically consist of 3–4 nurses
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Holidays: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Required Qualifications
- California RN license (Compact license acceptable)
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience
- Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, left and right heart catheterizations, pulmonary artery line monitoring, and procedural sedation
- Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills
Clinical Scope
You'll perform or assist with diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, interventional procedures, and hemodynamic monitoring. Patient populations include adults requiring diagnostic workup and coronary intervention.

- You may be asked to float to nearby sister facilities; flexibility is required for assignment continuation
