Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a day shift position in a post-acute care setting. This is a 13-week contract offering stability and predictable scheduling.
Shift & Schedule
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Location: Los Altos, CA
Role Responsibilities
You will provide speech-language pathology services to patients in the post-acute setting, focusing on:
- Comprehensive evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders
- Patient engagement and therapy to enhance communication skills and quality of life
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Documentation and progress tracking
Requirements
- Current Speech-Language Pathology License (California)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Relevant clinical experience preferred
