Surgical Technologist
The facility is a trauma center with an active surgical service. You'll primarily work in the inpatient operating room, with occasional floats to the outpatient same-day surgery center as needed.
Shift & Schedule
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Varied days off; weekends may be required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- One year of recent hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist, or graduation from an accredited Operating Room Technician program
- Current CPR certification
- Must be a W-2 employee of your staffing agency
What You'll Do
You'll prepare surgical instruments and equipment, assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures, and maintain the sterile field. Floats to the same-day surgery center may occur based on facility needs.
