Outpatient IV Therapy Specialist – Oncology
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced IV therapy specialist for its outpatient infusion center. You'll deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, supporting oncology and other patient populations requiring specialized venous access.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform IV insertions and manage venous access devices
- Insert and maintain central lines and PICC lines
- Provide oncology-focused infusion support
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety protocols
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week (5 shifts)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: December 7, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: Full commitment throughout contract
Requirements
- Current RN license (state-specific)
- IV therapy certification or demonstrated competency in venous access
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule
