Interventional Radiology Technologist
About the Role
The facility is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 26-week contract assignment. You'll work 10-hour day shifts (4 days per week) in a busy IR suite, supporting a range of complex procedures including thrombectomy, angiography, TIPS, and angioplasty.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scrub and circulator duties during IR procedures
- Assist with stroke and PE thrombectomy cases, requiring extensive device knowledge
- Support trauma on-call coverage independently
- Work efficiently and autonomously in the procedure room
Required Qualifications
- CT ARRT and IR ARRT certifications (required)
- Radiology MA License
- RT ARRT registration
- 2+ years of IR experience
- Vocational or technical training in Radiologic Technology
- Weekend and on-call availability mandatory
- Ability to work independently and manage trauma cases
Contract Details
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour day shifts; weekends and on-call required
- Guarantee: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
- Orientation: Weekly (Mondays)
