Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a 13-week night shift contract. You'll care for patients on telemetry monitoring in a medical-surgical setting, working with a team-based approach to deliver quality patient care.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 4 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 13-week contract
• Start date: November 13, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Current, active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Permanent Ohio license or valid compact state license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director (from work in the past 12 months)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Background check and drug screen required
• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate competency assessments during orientation (must pass within 2 attempts)

What to Expect

During orientation, you'll complete competency modules and assessments specific to the facility's standards. The environment is collaborative with interdisciplinary support available. You'll work with established protocols and have the opportunity to extend for up to 18 months if both you and the facility agree.
