Registered Respiratory Therapist – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver complex cardio-pulmonary care to patients across multiple service lines. You'll work varied 12-hour shifts in a community hospital setting recognized for high patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.

Clinical Scope

Administer cardio-pulmonary treatments per physician orders to patients of all ages. Cross-train in cardiology procedures including EKG, stress testing, Holter monitoring, event monitoring, and EEG. Support inpatient medical, surgical, orthopedic, and maternity services, as well as ambulatory surgical procedures and outpatient diagnostic services.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years current RRT experience
• Active Massachusetts RRT License
• Active NBRC RRT Certification
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
• Personal vehicle required
• Ability to work flexible, rotating 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working with all patient populations

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Varied 12-hour rotating shifts; must be flexible for all shift assignments
• Holidays: Required to work two holiday blocks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Time Off: All requests must be submitted at application; maximum 5 days approved
• No block scheduling available
