Registered Nurse – Evening Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care and provide clinical leadership on the patient care unit. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Shift & Schedule
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and analyze clinical data to identify care needs and diagnoses
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing and support staff
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate appropriately and manage team duties
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in California
- Current BLS or CPR certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BSN preferred
