About the Unit
You'll join a dedicated neuro trauma telemetry unit caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and neurological assessment. The unit manages post-acute neuro trauma patients with a focus on monitoring, stabilization, and recovery support.
What You'll Do
- Provide telemetry monitoring and acute care nursing for neuro trauma patients
- Perform clinical assessments including EEG monitoring and bubble studies
- Collaborate with a stable night shift team of 7 RNs and 3 patient care technicians
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience (required)
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
