Oncology Clinic Nurse

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced oncology nurse to join its clinic team. This is an 8-hour day shift role in a busy oncology clinic setting, providing direct patient care and support to oncology patients in an outpatient environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend
• First-to-float responsibilities
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS Certification
• ONS or ONCC Certification
• COVID vaccination required
• BSN preferred but not required

Clinical Scope

You'll work with oncology patients in a clinic setting, managing care coordination, patient education, and treatment support. Responsibilities include charting in the facility's electronic health record system and collaborating with the oncology care team.

Cancellation Policy

The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
