Med Surg
Travel RN – Neuro Med/Surg | Nights | Englewood, CO
This 13-week travel assignment places you on a dedicated Neuro Med/Surg unit caring for patients with stroke, seizure, and a range of neurological diagnoses. The unit follows established neuro clinical practice guidelines and values nurses who are engaged, critical thinkers, and enthusiastic about the neuro patient population.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Start date: November 16, 2026
Clinical Scope
- NIH and neuro assessments, stroke protocol care
- Fall risk assessments
- Trach care and feeding tube management
- Seizure monitoring, BiPAP/CPAP support (primarily nights)
- IV therapy and glucometer monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg RN experience
- Active BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS certification
- Neuro experience
- Colorado RN license (or compact eligibility)
